A Warm Welcome to Al Maharat Private School – Proudly Part of International Community Schools (ICS)
It is a great privilege and honour to welcome you to Al Maharat Private School as Principal for the new academic year 2026-2027. I am incredibly proud to lead this wonderful school and excited to begin this journey alongside our students, staff and families.
Education has always been my passion, and I firmly believe that every child deserves to feel happy, safe and valued at school. As a parent myself, I often ask one simple question: Would this be good enough for my own child? That is the standard I set for every decision we make at APS.
I truly believe that when children are happy, everything else falls into place. Happy children develop confidence, embrace challenges, build positive relationships and achieve their very best. Creating a school where every child looks forward to coming to school each day is at the heart of my vision for APS.
Together, we will build a culture of high expectations, kindness, respect and ambition, ensuring every child is supported to become the very best version of themselves.
I am excited to meet our students, parents and staff, and I look forward to working in partnership with our whole community as we continue to make APS a truly outstanding school where every child can flourish.
Kind Regards,
Sayd Z Shah
